1. Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the time of equipment pickup. A valid credit card must be placed on file before any rental equipment is released. PS Productions may place a temporary pre-authorization or deposit on the card.

2. Equipment Damage or Loss

The renter is fully responsible for all equipment while in their possession. Renter agrees to cover all costs related to:
• Lost or stolen gear
• Damage beyond normal wear and tear
• Missing accessories, cables, or cases

If items are lost or stolen, the renter must pay the full replacement value and may be required to file a police report.

3. Credit Card Authorization

By renting from PS Productions, the renter authorizes charges to their credit card for rental fees, late returns, damage, loss, or cleaning if necessary.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup may be subject to a 50% fee. No-shows are charged in full.

5. Equipment Return

All equipment must be returned on time, in the condition it was received, and with all included items. Late returns may incur additional fees.

6. Liability & Indemnity

The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PS Productions from any claims or damages arising from the use of rented equipment. PS Productions is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or loss due to misuse or malfunction.
